Welcome to another bright new IWA year!

This year’s theme, “Happiness Grows Where Friendship Flows” says it all. IWA is about friendship, meaningful bonds, and the magic that happens when we come together. Our motif this year is floral, a joyful reflection of that spirit – fresh, colourful, and blooming with joy.

With the support of our wonderful and enthusiastic Activity Chairpersons, we’re planning a mix of events that will inspire, entertain, and bring us even closer together. Most gatherings will be in person, but we’ll include at least one virtual element in each to ensure everyone can stay connected.

We’re kicking off the year with two lovely events, hosted by the Board:

• Fellowship Morning on the 17th at the Madras Club – a relaxed and friendly way to reconnect and welcome the new year.
• Eid Celebration on the 20th at Amir Mahal – a day of music, warm company, and celebration in a beautiful setting.

Looking ahead, our international trip promises to be unforgettable—a
cruise from Barcelona to Naples in September, followed by exciting tours of India later in the year.

and smiles are what make IWA so special. Whether you’re attending events,
hosting, or simply cheering us on, we’re truly grateful to have you with us.
